you said that this was submitted on accident and it shows. long tiebreaker songs like this are really hard to chart and take a lot of experience, and its quite obvious that you dont have that experience both charting and playing these types of songs.
you do have some really cool ideas in here though; i found the SV to be of high quality and the use of hueshift to separate different "sections" of the song was also a nice idea. the use of effects overall is cool (albeit a bit too strong at some parts) and it just feels like the chart itself is holding this back.
