There's a ton wrong with this set. I'm not the best modder so bare with me..
A majority of this chart is very inconsistent in rhythm and with some sections being under mapped (most prevalent in the 158bpm vocal only segments) there are also some effect and difficulty spikes (i.e. 4 min 15 sec) that is a bit too much for the intended difficulty of the chart.
The audio is also way too high quality at 267kbps (max 192kbps). The column colours aren't set to a non-white colour (full white uses the player's skin colors instead). The cover / background metadata should not be using links and instead use the artist instead (i.e. rib:y(uhki) for cover). (Audio metadata should use the album instead.)
Timing is also off by a considerable amount, this is off by ~40-50ms, there are multiple timing points so that would need to be fixed manually. As well, I'm unsure about the timing being mostly 316bpm as i feel it could be 158bpm for the entire duration of the song.
