still a bit of work to do but approving so other purifiers look at it faster. its almost there

yeaaaa this ones good. a few notes

• song folder has an mp3 and an ogg in there
• the vignette flashes are a a little too much. the start strength on those shouldnt be 1. additionally, could the flashes at 83760 happen on 1/3rd snaps instead of 1/6th due to ado singing quarter note triplets and not 8th note triplets there?
• 83693 questionable why there are notes on the red snap but im fine with it
• there is a 2 note chord at 92893 and only a single note at 96093 despite them sounding extremely similar. i think they should both be 2 note chords.
• 140593 i think this is a little unclear for what it is supposed to represent. its positioned in the same spot as the other chords, which are representing bass notes, while it is representing like a piano organ thing. it should probably be moved to make it clear its a different sound.
• 150893 opportunity for tick notes like how you used them in the ending
• 161093 is a 3 note chord while 161893 is a 2 note chord. choose 1 option to represent the sound and stick with it. same with the next couple iterations of this pattern (also 165893 should be a 3 note chord to match what you did at 162693).
