This chart is EXTREMELY off sync, Use Edit > Apply Offset - Set to 70ms and fix up your notes snapping.
There also seems to be inconsistency with how patterns are made in relation to the music itself. Sometimes, there's chords when there isn't anything to signify a chord and vice-versa and there's some odd reverse-shields on a intermediate level 6k chart.
